Will JOHN EDWARDS endorse TOMORROW?
Will John Edwards endorse either Obama or Clinton tomorrow?

Just wanted to see what people would say.

I, personally, am thinking "no"... but could be proven wrong.

1. His delegates are worth more now than after the 5th
If he doesnt use this last chance at leveraging a candidate towards incorporating some of his ideas now with an endorsement, his ideas must not mean as much to him as they do to his supporters.

5. Not the 26 or so that he has
His voters are worth much much more, for either candidate.

His influence and power drop substantially after 2/5

9. If both him AND Gore endorse tomorrow
then that will be the end for Hillary. And I say that as a person who is SUPPORTING Hillary. However, both Edwards and Gore in one punch is more than any politician could take.

10. I don't know how I would feel
if he were to endorse Obama tomorrow. I would still love Edwards, but would be crushed because I am supporting Hillary and have donated to his campaign. Still, I would always think highly of him.

I think, just maybe, he is waiting to see who is the inevitable winner. That way, he can endorse for a cabinet or VP slot and make SURE that he has endorsed the winner, and not the loser of the race????

11. If he does, it would be another lie told. His supporters have
posted repeatedly that on a conference call he said he would not endorse before the 5th.

12. No
hasn't he said at least twice that he wouldn't endorse anyone before 2/5, or even possibly after?

14. I know
and it seems awful that I would sound so cynical... but don't politicians say a LOT of things?
