Point your guns at the real enemy guys. It's not the Pukes, it's not the DLC, it's the people who pull their strings! Why in recent days have we forgotten that the reason why the Pukes policies are so damaging is because they are simply designed to benefit the corporations and the super rich over our interests.

The military industrial complex, the oil companies, etc pulled us into Iraq.

The oil companies etc disseminate lies about global warming, and pay good money to keep environmental regulations off the table.

The toy companies, the electronics companies, the car companies, etc push for trade deals that destory unions and have wrecked our economy.

The hedge fund managers etc push for tax breaks for the rich, and lower government spending that could pay for better roads and bridges, better healthcare, etc.

The insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies are keeping us from having universal healthcare.

The prison industry (one of the largest segments of our economy) is keeping us from ratcheting down and/or ending the ill conceived war on drugs.

And on and on and on.

For all of you who think that we need to continue to "Fight the Pukes", consider that that is exactly what the marionettes want! Remember how the British Empire conquered the world? Set rival factions against each other and then swoop in to pick up the pieces. That's what they have done to America. That's the meaning of "wedge issues" remember!!?!?!?!?!

True we need to fight the philosophies of the pukes, we need to fight the little battles. But why I'm voting for Obama is because he's the last remaining candidate that has refused PAC money, Insurance company money, etc. Furthermore the Gorilla has only been able to do these things because it's won enough support from the people through careful control of public opinion and wedge issues etc. All those dirty little tricks to cloud the water.

If we are to have a candidate that can rally the country to tackle the ISSUES instead of simply fighting little battles, we need someone who isn't beholden to this old money that shackles us. We need someone who just might call out the corporate power structure that's really at the heart of our problems.

I like many of you wish that we had Kucinich or Edwards up there to do it. But we don't and Obama is the next best thing, and may even be better in his ability to change the fight from "Pukes vs Commies" to the American people vs. their Overlords!

Take a look at where HRC gets her money, listen to what she's said about Lobbyists in government, look at her voting record. And dammit dont forget about the 800 lb Gorilla in the room!!!!!

I will only vote for her if she is the nom because she at least has made some statements that she will fight some of their policies, and maybe slow them down a little on the march towards corporate facism. And maybe we can get a dem majority and do some good. But you all know she is in bed with corporate America. You damn well know it.

7. Not great
Did I say that he was the perfect candidate?

But he's quite a bit better than HRC in this regard. I have no illusions that he's perfect.

3. Obama's record in DC is short enought that we don't KNOW exactly
how he stands - but it is a good indication that the rejected the overtures of the DLC. He has a few big corporate donors, so maybe he is and maybe he ain't - but we know for sure that Hillary IS a corporatist - Rose Law Firm, WalMart board, huge healthcare industry donations.
