Drudge and Hillary co-ordinate their efforts

According to articles I've read over the past primary season, Drudge has several key leakers inside the HRC campaign. When they had a huge fundraising haul in early of 2007, HRC staffers leaked it to him first. When she had a bad debate with Tim Russert, Drudge was leaked a statement by HRC that Tim had been beyond unfair to her or something like that.

Drudge is just trying to save his ally Hillary's campaign. Let's all just ignore this emotional incident please. Not the least of the reasons is that it doesn't matter.

Most actual news organizations aren't interested in the lame albeit insidious nastiness the Clintons are trying to inject in this primary, ergo the intermittent, casually-dropped snark bombs from Clinton surrogates polluting the election process.
