Virgin primary season on DU? Check in here!

I joined right after the last presidential election. DU wasn't accepting new members at the time and I was one of the first to get in after things opened again. (You guys must have been really bad then, too. :) ) I had no idea what it would be like during primary season. Before, people seem so...reasonable...normal.

I know things will get better because I've never seen DU like this.

But I can guess what happened...not much different than now. The progressives were told to shut up and vote dem...and Kerry allowed the election to be stolen.

I wonder if we'll see that happen again.

From what people who went through last time it seems this is worse. But that's only to be expected. The campaigns started a year earlier and the race is going on a lot longer.

I only cared about getting Bush out at that time. Kerry seemed like a good choice but I was disappointed by his campaign. That kept me from going in 100% for Edwards.

I don't recall anything like what's happening lately.
