1. The American people, because they heard their issues addressed by Sen. Clinton tonight. They saw a
President on stage.

Someone not afraid to give specifics and address the issues.

8. Now, Now, no names. Not everyone knows the history of Hill's health care fiasco.
They don't realize that thousands of Americans worked for years on health care reform, and that they were instrumental in pushing the whole issue into the national consciousness, and then Clinton ran on that issue. Clinton never did much as governor about health care. But he saw that it had become a national issue and he seized on to it.

They don't realize that after they won the White house, Hill threw the grass roots groups under the bus and held illegal secret meeting with the insurance companies.

They don't know that Hill was eventually sued for those illegal meetings and lost. Of course by that time the insurance industry had double crossed her and her overly complex insurance friendly bill didn't stand a chance in hell of passing the Democratically controlled congress. She couldn't call on the grass roots she betrayed to help pass an industry bill, after all.

And they don't know that a lot of left wing activists that they now call "Hillary haters" were active then and have a very good reason to never trust Hillary again. She's a dishonest corporatist. We lived through it. We saw it from the view of people who worked very hard to develop and push the issue, who worked very hard to get the Clintons elected, and who were completely betrayed by Hillary Clinton.

4. The people that listened were the winners.
Some candidates have rock concerts, and others talk to voters.
