Edited on Tue Feb-05-08 01:24 AM by jackson_dem
It is sad how some endorsements are getting so much publicity. Some folks will be swayed by them. Shriver is married to the rethug governor of California for chrissakes! Some folks are going to vote for Obama in the Democratic primary because of what a rethug governor of California's wife said.

2. She's an idiot--look who she's married to! He cheats on her and she pretends
all is just swell...like Grandma did.

She's BFF with Oprah--that's what really motivated the idiotic endorsement.

3. Oh, so what about Bill cheating on Hill. Didn't she pretend all was well
over and over and over again?

To quote Bill "Give me a break"

6. Nope. Hit him with a lamp. Froze him out. Don't you remember?
There was no "mitigating" there. He was in Purgatory for a LONG time.

Forgiveness isn't the same as 'ignoring the behavior.'

4. I don't care what Maria Shriver thinks.
This is the woman who married The Terminator.

That right there calls her judgement into question.

Plus her voice actually sounds worse that fingernails on a chalkboard.

I also remember her dumb "debate" with some of the candidates' wives.

Especially when she asked Elizabeth Edwards "So what's your relevance?"

Jon Stewart totally ripped her for that on The Daily Show.

So I am paying zero attention to what Maria Shriver thinks.

My own opinion is that Barack Obama is a very credible candidate.

He has a special way of connecting with young people and independents.

I also think Obama has a lot of good qualities to be the next President.

5. She supports her family
And that is bad how?
I heard her speak on C-span when she threw her support behind Obama.
It was honest and inspirational and I got a little misty eyed over it.
Good info btw..I just don't see where it is a negative.
