You know what would be hilarious? A tie today. |
Imagine if all the states kind of balance each other out and Hillary and Obama come out with roughly equal delegate counts. ;-)

3. I would love it. For all the hand waving and screaming pre-primary, this would be great. |

4. It would be amusing but the "winner" will be the candidate who wins the big states |
Illinois and New York are off the table. California, Georgia, New Jersey, and Massachusetts will decide who the media declares the "winner." Georgia is safe for Barack so he just needs to win one of the remaining three to "win."

5. Some folks are actually hoping for that |
So the right will not be able to mount a huge attack against the presumptive nominee this soon.

6. That is exactly what I am hoping for |
that is what makes it so much fun, Hillary ran as the inevitable nominee, but as it is, and if the delegate count is close, nothing is inevitable.
There are more key states coming up, but if it stays close the superdelegates will decide the nominee.

8. It very well might be very tie-ish by the end of it. Hardly hilarious though - |
if Hillary and Obama keep it neck-and-neck until the end, possibly fatal complications will emerge from Dr. Dean's operation (when he went invasive and completely stripped the delegates from Michigan and Florida.)

10. I'd prefer a total Obama-lition of course, but a tie is probably more likely |
Either way, the intention of the front-loaded primary (buying a Hillary coronation) has been prevented, and maybe the entire ridiculous primary process can be thrown out and replaced with something that makes more sense next time.
