6. As I entered the polling station |

Edited on Tue Feb-05-08 09:24 AM by alcibiades_mystery
I heard the soft hum of some Barry White, lulling me into a sensuous mood. The voting booth then brought out two glasses of a luscious red and a plate of strawberries. It led me slowly down the hall to a giant tub that was lit by a thousand small white candles, with rose petals flecking the steamy water. My toes curled a little as the machine whispered softly in my ear, its curtains trembling as they just brushed my open neck, and hooked a lever between my pants and tingling skin. As the Barry White grew deeper, I felt the bass run through me, and felt myself falling into some intense physical trance, as I groaned too audibly, closed my eyes, and let the booth flick open one button, then the next, then the next....

You must have great turn-out numbers.
;)
(Seriously, I don't know whether you were trying to turn people on or gross them out, but I was DEFINITELY grossed out.)

In much the same way that the totally weird "describe your experience voting for X" makes me wanna gag.

12. 52 years old and this is the first time I have EVER had the CHANCE to vote for a FEMALE |
|
candidate for President!!! and it felt GREAT! She just happens to be the most qualified for the job too. Being a woman is just an added BONUS!
I voted for 5 Clinton Delegates also! :) :woohoo:
GO, Hillary!

And I'm oddly elated at voting for "the girl" - which surprises me.
I didn't vote for her because she was a woman, but it hit me, after I finished, just how monumental it all really is.
