I give the Ron Paul people a lot of credit in NY |
|
They got a full slate of delegates on. This is hard to do. Only Hillary and Obama did this for the Dems. http://www.elections.state.ny.us/reports/rwservlet?cmdkey=Candidate_List_PP_2007

1. Ron Paul is on target when it comes to the military/industrial state. |
|
It's too bad he's so wrong on most other issues.

here and some are at least 6'x3'. Not homemade. Bumper stickers too. Many Obama signs but just a very few Hillary signs, she isn't spending money here.

4. Those "homemade, spray painted" banners cost about $60 a piece, printed, in my neck o' the desert. |

Weather resistant PVE doesn't come cheap and that's some quality twine those "grassroots" folks use.
I did a stint in a print shop. The "grassroots" are in their Starbuck's patronizing, radical chic Republican poseur minds.
Those signs are NOT spray painted, folks, nor are they on typical banner stock.

11. I've seen them all over my area too, but |
|
from the polls it amounts to squat. Maybe a good teaching exercise, but diddly as far as influencing any outcome. Edwards did much more with much less.

6. Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate who has signs up in my town, at the polling places and in |
|
yards. I even saw one lone Ron Paul supporter walking up and down one of the main streets today, carrying a sign. Gotta give em credit, they are absolutely organized and devoted !

7. And his supporters are vocal - they speak up for their guy. |
|
I was out leafletting and the only time anyone ever mentioned another candidate was Ron Paul. They weren't obnoxious or anything, just had no hesitation speaking up.
