Just heard Susan Eisenhower on TV endorsing Obama. |
I listened intently. Does not make much sense that she is endorsing Obama based on what she said. I identify yet more HC hate. I am beginning to believe that these children of former Presidents just simply do not want this woman to become President on the fear that she might be successful and accomplish fete that their dads could not accomplish. You can flame away, but this is simply a gut feeling I have after watching them and listening to them. The fact that Susan Eisenhower would come out against McCain makes me really wonder what the hell is going on.

2. It's called putting country before party. |
The bitter partisan hatred that the Bush and Clinton terms have created have benefited only big money special interests. None of our problems get solved, instead they just get compounded.

3. McCain--the Military Industrial Complex candidate--is exactly what |
her grandfather warned us about. There ARE some reasonable Republicans who don't like the Neocon foreign policy plan.

5. Do you have any clue as to why Eisenhower won his first |
run at the presidency? He promised to get America out of the Korean War. And, he kept his promise---which got him re-elected. He saw it as pointless. My bet is that Susan Eisenhower feels the same way about pointless wars.

7. Your analysis is rather silly, she didn't even mention Clinton, but she made a strong case for Obama |
The only other canidate that was mentioned was McCain. If she was anti-Hillary she could have endorsed the person who is the member of her same party, she was making a cross party endorsement because of what is right about Obama.

8. Susan's dissatisfaction was posted last week |
and was linked to various reasons why she and her friends are leaving the republican party. to dismiss people like her is missing the point of why they are leaving. maybe she likes obama ideas but i`m sure that if hillary is our candidate she will vote for her.
