It showed Hillary was in for a good night, as most polls had Obama blowing her out and the exit polls showed her within 2 or 3 points. Yeah she won by about that margin, but it's important to realize it did show a trend.
And the exit polls were right about South Carolina and Florida.
But I agree, take them with a grain of salt.

The EXIT polls are to be trusted.
