For NEWBIES and all GOOD DUbies: Start a Journal, Today |
|
Edited on Tue Feb-05-08 07:40 PM by CorpGovActivist
Capture your feelings. Capture a few of the sensations.
Having kept political scribblings in a journal since 1981 (Reagan's swearing-in, and the release of the hostages from Iran, with a few straggling pieces earlier than that), I can tell you: you'll look back and be able to relive moments in a much more present way when you go back and read how you felt.
In the moment.
Someday, someone will look back at what you wrote.

3. Problem is, I can never think of anything to write. |

Without a guitar in my hands, I am brain-dead.
Ever try to type while playing a guitar?

Who says - in this day and age - that it has to be scribbles?
