I hope there is a clear winner tonight
I'm clearly supporting Hillary, but I'm eager to see DU line up between one of the two frontrunners. We need to get organized for the general very soon.

1. No, no, got to keep the Republicans on their toes
I enjoy that they don't know who's going to win. Also, it keeps those of us in states who haven't voted yet more engaged.

2. I think we're OK if we have a clear winner by the end of February
Part of this is hope on my part - I live in VA and want my vote to count for once! :)

3. Pshaw. This could go on for a few more weeks with no ill effects on the General
People are pumped up. A nomination contest this close is getting people engaged & excited and ready to rock.

I think this is working in our favor. How long since Texas or Ohio has mattered in a nomination fight?

In the end, trust democracy; it works.

6. That's a cool perspective
It feels more important to have your vote count in the primary. And the excitement may transfer to the general. :bounce:

7. Amen. The record numbers turning out is not just anti-Chimp
People want change and either candidate we have can offer that better than either Republican

4. I want as many states as possible to have their say.
I have friends in Pennsylvania who are salivating about their votes actually meaning something.

5. I don't think it will happen tonight.
With the vote somewhat evenly split between Clinton and Obama, I don't think there are enough delegates up for grabs with the Super Tuesday states to give either candidate the 2,025 they need to wrap up the nomination. Like you, I'm ready for the Primary wars to be over...but I feel that this will continue after tonight.
