Any *other* undecided voters here? |
|
Maybe for once I feel lucky that my state's primary is two weeks after super tuesday. I like both Obama *and* Clinton. I'm equally excited about both their victories. I see strengths and weaknesses in both candidates and just don't know how I'm going to vote.
*sigh*
Anyone else with this dilemma? With all the polarization on DU right now, I almost feel alone in this...

I don't know what I'm going to do by the time the PA primary rolls around, but I suspect the decision will be made for me by April 22.

4. I'm so happy I voted today |
|
My candidate didn't enter the race so I stayed undecided for the longest time. Then Barack won in Iowa and I realized I really wanted a woman to have this opportunity AND in my research I found that Hillary has done her homework, is gracious, generous and has been on her track for her entire life. Of course, she's way too smart by half which is sometimes a fault! (Calculating)
I decided to vote with my ovaries as well as my head. I've just turned 60 and I think that my 40 year's of experience is worth more than some young hot shot gorgeous guy who has a perfect vocal timbre and is thrilling. His voting "Present" really annoys me. (Weasly)
So, I voted Hillary and she's my Girl. IMHO Birthing babies gives a different perspective. And as a woman, we sure know what second class citizenship is all about...$.60 on the dollar. Alice Walker said it brilliantly when she said that men will always make out, no matter the race, but the woman always is left with the reality. Okay, she was much more eloquent.
So, happy indecision. Ah Youth and the love for the New and my old woman ways of knowing the laundry and cleaning (metaphors for the daily work of governence of course) and all the Rest goes on Forever...
