He definitely will be recommended to McCain, should he be the republican nominee. The conservatives do not want McCain-Huclabee. He may take a very conservative VP.

7. Just what I was thinking; both as to the windbag description and
the possible VP nod. I cannot see McCain putting Huckabee on the ticket so someone like Barbour will be considered. I think the GOP is finally going to be punished for diddling the Evangelicals. If anyone thinks that they are going to be satisfied with anyone other than Huck on the ticket, they are going to be painfully surprised.
