Ok is it me or is CA a tad slow getting out of the gate? |

At the SOS website http://vote.ss.ca.gov/Returns/pres/dem/59.htmand it is a tad slow... has not updated and zero reporting

b/c many places had electronic voting machines and they have to do hand counts. San Bernardino will be doing one, as an example, and they can only count 10,000/hr. :shrug:

only the voting machines were decertified, not the Opti-Scan counters.
What good are paper ballots if you count them on machines and jack up recount costs into the stratosphere?
