...with 98 percent of precincts reporting.
One would assume that the late reporting precincts, would be in
the larger metropolitan areas, which would definitely break for
Obama.
Obama will likely take Missouri.

All the rural counties report first. Remember when Talent was up by 70K during the 2006 election? He seemed pleased until Jackson and St. Louis Counties came in, and then he was behind 30K :)
