Let's put aside the primary war BS and acknowledge this sign of big progress. It is one thing for Obama to win in Missouri, Georgia or Delaware. It is quite another for him to not only win but dominate Alaska and Idaho.
Alaska: O 73, H 27 Idaho: O 81, H 16 Kansas: O 72, H 27 N. Dakota: O 61, H 37 Utah: O 56, H 39

(even though Edwards has our hearts) because we like underdogs. I'm still not comfortable with Obama.

if you had been at the caucus in Anchorage tonight. It was PACKED. The caucus was held at the new Nick Begich Middle School, which is huge, and there were people everywhere. They had to keep moving us around because there were too many to fit in the rooms. The doors were supposed to close at 6:00 and they had to wait until 7:30 because so many people were still coming. People who think Alaska is still deep red are going to have to think again. We are disgusted with our national reps -- Ted and Don are such crooks -- and a Democrat was just elected state Senate president (we have a bipartisan majority now). Things are really changing here.

tonight. About 300 hundred Obama supporters (including our 2 AA residents). LOL
There were about 25 Hillary supporters.
It was great....Native American...white...old...young. Everybody just had big friggin smiles on their faces. It was actually quite extraordinary.
Fun.

And it seemed to in South Carolina but the jury is in. Obama hasn't been pigeonholed. Even in Georgia he won 43% of the white vote, including basically tying the white male vote with 45% to Hill's 48%. Anyone who claims his support is limited to blacks is an idiot or liar after today!
