1. So Hillary won more pledged delegates today?
Didn't Obama have the pledged delegate lead entering Super Tuesday?

7. It's more than just sarcasm, it's beginning to build into contempt.
Most of the very vocal Obama supporters here really seem like they are trying to divide us here when we should be cheering for each other's victories. I don't really know what it is, but is sense a LOT of immaturity and loosing site of what's really important here, and it really starting to piss me off.:grr:

If you don't feel it, then maybe you haven't read enough of these election night threads, but I have and they really are NOT helping us come together as a party, but that's just one pissed off Democrats opinion. I could keep going all night with this rant, but it would help anyone, so I'll just stop now, it's time for bed anyway.

Btw, I made a few "Skittles" avatars for you a few moths ago, I think I still have them here somewhere.

5. Of course it's not over. That's what rational people have been saying for
weeks.

It's been Obamites who've been telling everyone it's all over. Or how we're doomed if he doesn't take it all. Or hell, that he already had it in the bag so everyone might as well give up. The arrogance and sense of entitlement of the man is echoed in his supporters. That has lot to do with why people don't want him. His politics disgust me and so does his hedging and outright lying when caught with his hand in the cookie jar or when we find out that his voting record sounds like he thought the teacher was taking attendence.

And the Kennedy/Kerry/MoveOn thing, well that was just icing on the cake. It was uncalled for. It was wrong. And I would think that it told all of them that they aren't the 'Kingmakers' that they believed themselves to be. They thought the could influence this election. They couldn't influence Massachusetts.

I am an Edwards supporter.

13. codswalllop. You don't like Obama or his supporters
so you're slinging shit. Obamites have not been claiming it's over, anymore than most Clintonites have, EdWARdian. And what crap about Kennedy and Kerry. Anyone can look at the numbers and see they helped him- even in MA.

I've long said that Obama would be in fine shape as long as he can close last night- within a couple of hundred of delegates. He did better than that.

Too bad YOUR candidate lied to you over and over and over again about going all the way to the Convention. I knew he was lying. Pathetic.

18. Again my response to your inane drivel was deleted. And for
only pointing out that it is YOU I don't like and that you have proven to be a waste of time. I see that whatever mod that deletes my responses to your crap leaves your bleatings though.

6. There are several delegate estimates
They diverge, the lot of them, by about 50. I think most states' delegates still have to be accurately counted, especially in California. You may have noticed that several Obama supporters are intently following the CA count and crowing over each up-tick.

There will be two numbers that will be worth keeping our eyes on. First is the delegate count, which determines the winner, and second is the actual number of people who voted, which has a lot of influence on public opinion. I am almost certain that Obama has a much better delegate-to-population ratio than Hillary. If it's real close by convention time, it could become a Gore-esque situation.

11. I don't know why people count super delegates in the total.
They can change at any time and will shift when its obvious who the winner will be.
