If Laura Bush runs for President 8 or 9 years from now....
will she personally be criticized for the Iraq war because she was physically in the White House from 2000 to 2008?

2. Yes, because she actually has commented on the war and said she
supported what her husband was doing. Additionally, if she claimed that she was involved in what was going on in the White House and used that as part of her experience, then she has linked herself to the policies of that White House and deserves criticism, unless she specifically spoke out, at the time, against something.

3. She would be laughed off the podium
What qualifications would she run on, other than being a former First Lady?

to win a senate seat in Alabama. And after about 7 years in the senate she should be all set for a presidential run.

9. You are a magician!
Look at you, pulling imaginary scenarios out of your little hat.

Ms. Clinton can't have it both ways. She's selling her experience as having been Bill's co-president. She can't turn around and then claim that her husband's (bad) choices were his only.

10. what an ignorant post. If the used car salesman who talks pretty with no experience
runs for President in 8 or 9 years from now, will he be given credit for saying he was against the Iraq war?
