While the presidential preference determines how Minnesota's national delegates will be divided between the presidential candidates, on the Senate level it's impossible to tell who won the most delegates.
In fact, many of the delegates chosen last night are uncommitted. The Senate candidates will spent the next few months trying to win their votes at Senate district and county conventions and ultimately at the state convention in June where delegates will decide on a Senate endorsement. 2. I think this was a presidential primary only. |
At least it was in TN. The primary for Congressional and Senatorial races is in August for us. I am sure MN is similar.

6. Not true. Go to his website where they tell you how to caucus for Al on Feb. 5. |
Knowing this I can't find any results anywhere.

7. You can caucus for him but they don't decide anything until June |
the caucuses may just be a way of determining the delegates but nothing is decided until June, as far as I can tell.

12. there were no senate results in MN caucus |
Delegates were selected for their county unit/senate district conventions in March who will elect delegates to state convention in June, where there will be a three-way race between Franken, Ciresi and Nelson-Pallmeyer for party endorsement.
