So, Obama is going to lose California by 10 pts (52% to 42%)? |
|
He's doing very well then in a state he had no chance a couple of weeks ago! :)

1. decline-to-state (read republicans under the radar) |
|
helped him out ... bottom line is ... Hillary would trounce him if we had a truly closed primary here.
And in Nov, given BO is the nominee, McCain will not only beat him in CA -- he will thoroughly embarrass him.

2. but, I thought Hillary appealed to (I)'s and (R). Shouldn't there have been |
|
more cross-over of (I)'s for Hillary?

3. I'm not talking I's going for Obama ... |
|
it's the R's that crossed over just like in all the other primaries where they were allowed to do cross over.
You don't really think the dems are going to the polls at a 2:1 ratio of the republicans ... do you? If yes, then just wait until Nov to see just how wrong that presumption will be. They're crossing over to try and defeat Hillary (because they know they can't beat her in the GE) and will cross right back over to their true colors in Nov.
'Sides ... Hillary doesn't need I's nor R's in CA -- she clearly has the hispanic, the women's vote and the seniors. That's all she needs.

5. Totally disagree. I live in a state where primaries are open. anybody can |
|
vote for whomever they want. Here, I don't hear people talking favorably about Hillary. When people speak about politics, it's about 1) * sucks or avoid taking about * and 2) liking Obama. 3) not wanting to see Hillary as president.
I live in conservative VA. Lot's of (R)'s here.
