Anybody watch both Hillary and Barack speak last night?
And anybody notice that Hillary was READING from a stump speech...and Obama just went with it from the heart!

Another item I find telling....

4. Pretty much.
There's no harm in admitting Obama's a better public speaker.

22. She can certainly try to run the 1992 campaign in 2008, thats for certain
It's Deja-vu all over again, except for the fact that she actually thought she was preordained to take the royal Clinton/Bush throne of the presidency.

Obama or Hillary INC. would have an easy time walking all over him.

12. I watched both and Hillary seemed relaxed and not
Edited on Wed Feb-06-08 02:00 PM by katty
over confident, Obama seemed rather stiff and more into making speeches. However, I wonder why he said Hillary was my friend before this (race...)and she will be my friend after it...
Why did he need to say that when they are duking it out on Super Tuesday? I thought it was unecessary considering the event.

as right after he launched into the 20 reasons why we don't need another Washington insider in the White House...

14. It's one of the things I like best about him...
...and why I think, if he learns to speak in sentences and not paragraphs, he'll be absolutely killer in a debate against either McCain or Romney.

21. I am not knocking Obama's speech
but it was full of ringing platitudes; "Our Time Has Come!" type stuff. He's been delivering those types of speeches all campaign, he can do that in his sleep by now, and very well.

was great if not better than Obama's IMHO.

30. He memorized those lines. Very flowery speech laced with homilies and cliches
not to mention the divisive attack on his rival. I thought it was arrogant.
