A unified Democratic electorate will be more powerful than primary voters |
|
in these hotly contested states.
Just saying folks. Listen - I support Obama but I will vote for Hillary if I have to. I don't want to but I will. And I will vote for her with joy in my heart. We must not forget the big picture - we are one party and we will change this country from the horrible road it has been on.

The repubes have a clear front runner who will relish our squabblling. Lets always keep our perspective close at hand.
We are the party that is on the side of our fellow man/woman. :)

I think a primary season going down to the wire is very exciting and gets people much more pumped up. Besides, it forces the candidates to refine their positions and highlight their differences, which I agree with the above poster that it's Tweedle-dee and Tweedle-dum, so that refinement is really necessary.
I have no doubts that Democrats across the country will vote for whomever the nominee is, and even the independents should be sick enough of Republican rule that they'll break our way.
Besides McCain is old - who knows if he'll even last until November. Not wishing ill on anyone, of course, but....

5. That sounds good, but there is one thing Hillary must stop doing. |
|
She MUST stop trying to seat Florida's delegates. It would be the thing that splits us if she fights to seat them in order to win. It would divide us. http://journals.democraticunderground.com/madfloridian/1813

6. The media would love to make the Dems look stupid over this issue |

What to do about the Michigan and Florida delegates? Someone seems to want to crowd in front of the line to get delegates. Why have DNC rules if they are not followed? This is a mess. Why did Fla. and Mich. not follow the rules agreed upon by the party. What if all States decided to do their own thing? Either you agree to the rules or change them at the appropriate time.
Edit: Have a question, will the super delegates from Fla. and Mich. be able to vote?
