They vote based on name rec.
they are not always informed on the issues, which is why they voted Clinton. Name rec and AND feeling that they are familiar (the Clinton presidency).
That's why she has the built in advantage. But those who bother to research Barack, end up liking what he has to offer just as much, if not more.
They voted for Romney because they didn't know any better.
