It's not something the Clinton campaign did this morning, it is something they did to cover some pre-super Tuesday ad buys.

It certainly suggests a lack of cash any way you look at it, but the reports on TV are erroneously suggesting it's a post super-Tuesday campaign move, rather than something from more than a week ago.

Facts are good things.
