Most People i've seen today say Hillary took Super Tuesday

A lot Democrats and voters don't look into details and they don't want to know but look lets be honest, who wins the standout wins of last night.

People got up today and all they saw and said is

Clinton took California when the polls and pundits pushed for 3 days had said she was finished there
Clinton took New York
Clinton took New Jersey
Clinton took Massachusetts over Kerry and Kennedy's embarrassment

Same way they saw

Clinton took Florida
Clinton took New Hampshire

I have not seen people today going, Wow,

Obama took idaho
Obama took North Dakota
Obama took Alabama
Obama took Alaska
Obama took Illinois

Its great he did take those small states but lets be real here, the viewers and voters saw Hillary take the big huge democratic flagbearing states last night comfortably and no amount of spin will spin the fact that Obama has not won a huge honking megastate yet bar Illinois.

there's perception and there's perception but trying to say you won when have not won any of those big states is ridiculous.

2. Why because the people in those other states don't matter?
Give it a rest.

4. Most of the people I talked to today (all of them, actually) were really excited

about how Obama took a lot of red states. They were saying EXACTLY, wow, Obama took Idaho, Georgia and Alabama.

It's all about the delegates, not the states.

5. Well then, won't they be surprised when they find out it's not winning states that matter....
it's about winning delegates.

7. Good spinning from the Clinton campaign!
Obama really wanted to win Massachusetts, New Jersey, California ...

Terry McAuliffe has been telling journalists that it's all about the big states.

It's not true to say that Obama is "winning" Red States.

In Idaho you had 17 000 liberals who went out and voted for Obama.

It doesn't mean that Idaho will turn blue in November if Obama is the nominee.

8. I had to explain to my boyfriend
that it was virtually a tie. I told him Obama won more states overall and that they are still deciding how many delegates each got. Each site you read there are different totals.

From most things I've read, reports were that it was a split. I think the coverage has been very accurate and fair.
