Clinton got 21 and Obama 20 per CNN

those state by state delegate counts include pledged superdelegates, no? That would be one way.

3. I wish people would stop fixating on the delegates
It's going to change many, many times. Obama will be up then Clinton and then Obama and then Clinton. Nothings been decided yet so I don't see why people are getting all worked up over it.

4. delegates
are assigned by congressional district. Obama won the districts with high minority populations by wide margins. That leads to the disparity.

5. There are 52 delegates and 8 super delegates
They haven't all been proportioned out yet.
