These people have been talking and shouting to packed rooms, back yards, rallies, etc. Shaking thousands of hands, kissing babies. I would be more concerned if they weren't getting sick every now and then. Cause that wouldn't be human.

7. Pretty much. Though admittedly, health issues can be a problem for someone her age.

When you're in a tough race, the absolute LAST thing you want is your candidate coming down with a cold or flu. Slows them down, and makes public speaking hard. It can also make an older candidate seem not up to the rigors of the job. Can you imagine if McCain came down with something? He'd be bedridden. So from that perspective, it does impact the campaign.
