I just caucused in Lincoln, NE
Our precinct went ~2:1 for Obama, we had only one uncommitted and she went to the Obama group after about 5 minutes of discussion. I tried to peek at other precincts on the way out and what I saw looked similar to ours.

2. Was it pretty orderly? Crowded?
We've had some wild reports today.

7. Quite a bit more than I expected,

but not standing room only. My wife and I took our 14 month old son, we all loved it. Whatever the outcome would have been, it was great to see so many people involved and everyone enjoyed being there. I watched a man spot a women he must've known from elsewhere and he said gleefully, "You're a Democrat!" then followed his exclamation with a hug.

Sorry for the short messages, I'm having to sneak off to the computer in small, quick spurts.
