1. He's claiming this thing right here and right now.
So much for a low-key diplomatic speech.

Well done, Obama! You've earned it!

14. Yes he as. As I pointed out else where tonight he also just tested out the Obama Warner ticket
is his speech. I have been thinking about this for a while, the phraseology he chose to use made it pretty obviouse. He is going to have some pollster in VA looking into this now so that he can extrapolate how it might play in the GE. The only problem is who can win a Senate seat for us in VA other then him?

33. I don't think so. Obama said "ticket" but he meant "ballot"
I don't think it was Freudian or a trial balloon. I think he just misspoke. Warner will run for Senate.

38. That is the way you use a trial balloon, I agree that I don't see who could
win that Senate seat other then Warner, but I have thought for a while their is something only Warner can bring to an Obama ticket.

45. Doesn't Virginia have a variation on the Lyndon Law?
(also known as the Lieberman Law) where a person can stand for a congressional or Senate seat and Vice President at the same time? Then Warner would serve, maybe, two days in the Senate before resigining and letting Kaine appoint another Democrat in his place.

48. seems like that would favor an incumbent like Liebrman more then it would Warner,
but not the worst gambit if Warner is ticket gold, and I think he just might be.

31. We're all on fire now
My Kerry-Edwards bumper sticker won't come off easily. It's as stubborn as I am. I am going to solve that by putting my Obama sticker over it. I'm a Vietnam veteran who busted my ass for John Kerry in 2004. My bother-in-law is a navy veteran Annapolis graduate. He called me tonight, thrilled that he came out of his first ever Washington state caucus as an Obama delegate. I made my decision to support Barack Obama rationally and now I am going to to fight for him emotionally. I'm doing it for four generations of my family that deserves a better America. Unfortunately I can't cast my vote until may. I hope by then that my vote won't be needed, but if it is,I hope to make a difference.
