2. Here, here
Although I think his South Carolina speech was the best ever (except maybe the 2004 convention speech). But this one is pretty damn good.

8. inspiring, and I love hearing and seeing young folks get excited
I was beginning to wonder if they were going to stay focused on their social lives, and they have surprised and inspired me. I didn't think Obama could do it until this past 5 weeks. These kids are sharp, organized, and totally committed.

I've not seen anything like this in our party ever. Not even the 1972 primary and nomination. Maybe RFK, but I was away in the military and didn't even know he was gone until weeks later.

going to start with Florida. That worked quite well for him now didn't it. :sarcasm:

23. I was there, the Obama supporters were on fire, we were getting updated from one of the tv reporters
and our section would go nuts. We even did the wave, the "wave of change." It was great, it was a perfect ending to a day where i went door-to-door for 6 hours.

That must have been an exciting night.

Was this your first Obama event? It seemed a very powerful speech on TV.
I am sure it was more so there.

Thank you for your hard work. Tuesday its a Virginia Victory and Maryland and DC.

GoBama!

31. It was awesome, best part was that most of the people in my section had been doing GOTV all...
over Virginia for the past couple of days/weeks. If you were an Obama supporter this would have been an awesome event for you.

I think we are going to do good on Tuesday. Fingers crossed.

in each succeeding week. It is amazing to watch. I am sure he is gaining strength for the support of
his voters as well as his growing confidence that he can actually win this thing!

30. I agree.
He's not just a bureaucrat or a politician. He's not a product of the system. He's a product of dissatisfaction with the system. He's a leader because he inspires us to change what we don't like instead of surrendering to capitulation.

We need leaders like Obama, leaders who encourage and give us courage to believe in ourselves and in the power of what we can accomplish together.

Great leaders know that it's not about themselves personally, but about the will of the people. Movements are started because people recognize the need for change and because a great leader comes to the forefront to give them hope and encouragement.

Obama is a great leader.
