2. I voted Iowa, but my favorite remains New Hampshire.
Best concession speech ever. :-)

17. It truly was the best concession speech I have ever heard.

Accept it wasn't a concession speech. It was so much more. Yes we can.

18. "And they said this day would never come"
That is the way he started the Iowa speech. It was one of the most amazing moments in American History to me.

It was so moving. I was in tears. What a moment.

4. Iowa, simply because it introduced him to the country...
...and so far, the country has responded. :kick:

6. It wasn't a victory speech, but
Senator Obama's best speech ever was the civil rights speech he gave in Manning, SC several months ago.

8. It is too hard to choose
I like when he introduced "yes we can", but I also like when he talks about hope not being blind optimism and the blood and sweat sacrificed by so many to bring us to where we are today. NH & SC are both favorites, don't know which I like better. Of course, I think the 2004 keynote speech will always hold a special place. "We worship an awesome God in the blue states" I don't even go to church but I loved that line and it still gives me tingles.

19. I listened to his keynote several days ago.
It is still as great as I remembered it.

I am not religious either and I loved that part too.

10. Iowa
I have to stick with the Iowa speech. That speech got down in my soul and made me and my wife hopemongers that demand change!

Truly a great speech that will be taught in schools someday I bet.

The second is the NH speech also a great piece of oratory. The Yes We Can video was made from this one.

read about 50 years from now.
