I tried it on Super Tuesday and didn't reach anyone after over 10 calls. I quit after that because I figured it was a waste of time.

10. It is a numbers game expect people to answer about 10% of the time and of them expect 20%

to give you a positive response. In the end if thousands of people are all phone-banking together you can change the vote up to 3% (but 3% is the most effective that I have ever seen.)

My experience has been similar to other posters. Wrong numbers, no answer or busy alot of the times. I think this may be because the list includes only numbers that are not designated as "do not call".

you do not have to stick to the script, it is best to use it as a guide and be your natural self. They will give you 20 numbers at a time. Remember, the goal tomorrow is not to get people to switch from Clinton to Obama, it is not worth spending 20 min with one caller, the goal is to get undecided and Obama people to the polls. Spend a min or two on each call, tell them to go to the caucus, and move on. GOOD LUCK, let us know how it went!
