Hillary concession speech? Didn't think so.
You won't hear one. You won't hear one tomorrow. You won't hear one Tuesday. You won't hear a concession speech until the absolute end (perhaps March 4 if she can string it out that long).

5. There's a good chance you'll never hear one
this cheap junior high ball-spiking is just idiotic. She may well be your next President.

6. They were speaking, together, at the Virginia J-J Dinner.
She wasn't addressing her supporters in the states she had just lost. Hence, no concession speech. It wasn't that kind of night.

8. I don't mind
Concession speeches after every primary is kind of silly. You concede when you're not the one who is the nominee. That's the end of the race.
