go out of their way to vote against Hillary. They have been trained by Faux News, Rush, Dobson, etc. to be Bill or Hillary Clinton haters many years before they ever heard of Obama. It's just who they are, plain and simple. They are haters and this is a deep seated long running hatred. They may or may not vote for MCcain or Huckabee, but they would go out of their way to vote against Hillary.
Think about November, not August.
Please comment. I'd like to know how you think about this.

1. lots of republicans left the democratic party over the
Civil Rights Act. I'm not entirely sure that the only thing they hate is Clinton.
We don't really know what will happen under each candidate

2. it's a fool's game
to overthink electability, in my view. if hillary wins the delegates to secure the nomination and good democrats do what they should do—close ranks and support her candidacy (including swaying independents)—we can run this general with a clear conscience and renewed energy.

I was listening in to right wing radio on Friday and they are absolutely GLEEFUL at the thought of pounding Hillary into the ground.

4. Yes, they hate the Clintons so let's let them have their way and
not nominate her.:sarcasm:

They will hate Obama too if he gets the nomination. The Rezko trial starts in 17 days if the Obama folks don't get it delayed and they will have plenty of fuel from it.

5. Actually, a lot of Republicans this year are
feeling very dejected and disappointed and just don't have the energy or interest to go out in droves to vote. A lot of them can't stand McCain and won't vote for him. If there was someone like GWB running yes, they would go out in droves to vote. But this year I think a lot of them just don't give a shit.
