Why are the posting Caucus results when not everyone in ME has caucused yet?

3. All the doors have closed in all the caucuses - so why not release the results in other places?

5. Everyone who wants to know can find out anyway
Before we were done, people from other towns were stopping by and telling us how they had voted. I'm sure lots of people went home and started telling their friends right away.

9. That's a good question.
I strongly support Obama, but I don't think that *any* results should be announced until after everyone has voted. As someone earlier mentioned, results being reported early could cause some potential caucus goers to think that it's not worth their time. Also, even though Obama is doing very well in caucus states, I prefer primaries because they include so many more people.
