Obama leads in pledged delegates 931 to 882
He leads in the popular vote after his whooping of Clinton yesterday and he leads, by nearly two-to-one, in states won.

I can see the wheels coming off the Clinton bus as I write this. I can't imagine the super-delegates supporting Hillary and going against the people in that way.

Even if you include the support of the so-called "super-delegates," Hillary's delegate lead is a measly 38 votes and will probably be overcome by Tuesday. Also, let us not forget that these super-delegates can switch sides any time they want.

It doesn't get any better for her does it?

1. You're right. They can switch any time. What makes you
think that that swap would only favor obama.

4. Because he's winning --- duh!
Do you honestly think that the super-delegates will support Hillary Clinton en masse after she loses:

1) the popular vote

2) the majority of States (by 2-to-1)

3) pledged delegates

Really?

2. Super-delegates will go for Obama
No way will they go against the will of the voters.

I'm estatic that Obama looks headed for the nomination.

3. there are 1549 delegates...
...up for grabs after today.

i hardly see any indication that "the wheels are coming off" of anything.

5. Ya and it took more than an hour for the Titanic to sink
Just saying...

From what I understand, Hillary only has a chance in Texas, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Will that be enough?

6. all indications are
neither candidate can win with the pledged delegates derived from the proportional awards in the actual votes.

the question, then, remains only who can come the closest and convince the superdelegates to vote their way.
