Those who say something doesn't matter when it comes to Obama's winnings are automatically deemed matterless. :)

17. right
Do you expect for the vote to go any other way? I mean really? These states are ripe for the picking for Obama. His demographics. He is gonna roll right on thru to Ohio-Texas primary. (with the exception of WIS maybe) All a Clinton supporter can do is stay tough until next month. Even though it's hard.

You don't get to post something like this without sourcing. It's not how it is done here. I know you're new, but please provide a link to the poll or you won't be taken seriously.

31. Sorry, this isn't that big of a deal
What did you expect when he was beating Hillary by 15-20 points?

For Hillary to win the women's vote?

I am happy for Obama, but I don't think this is as big a deal as everybody thinks it is. He has won the woman vote before. Georgia and Alabama are two examples.

32. Here's a link from Va. poll........
Va. poll: Obama, McCain lead

Sunday, February 10, 2008

Democrat Barack Obama and Republican John McCain hold strong leads going into Tuesday’s Virginia primaries, according to a poll conducted for the Martinsville Bulletin.

According to the Mason-Dixon Polling & Research Inc. survey, Obama leads Sen. Hillary Clinton 53-37

........

Obama’s strength statewide comes from his overwhelming support among black voters (82-9 percent), but he also holds down Clinton’s margin among white voters to 49-41 percent, according to the data gathered by Mason Dixon for the Martinsville Bulletin and other newspapers.

Statewide, the poll shows Obama also is stronger among men (59-32 percent) and women (49-41 percent), younger voters (58-32 percent among those under age 50), government workers (58-33 percent)

33. Here's a link from Maryland........ Obama has more male and female support
Obama had mass appeal, drawing more support than Clinton among both men and women.

By The Associated Press – 1 day ago

THE RACE: The presidential race for Democrats, Republicans in Maryland.

___

THE NUMBERS - DEMOCRATS

Barack Obama, 53 percent

Hillary Rodham Clinton, 35 percent

OF INTEREST:

Obama had mass appeal, drawing more support than Clinton among both men and women, as well as those living in and around Baltimore and outside of Washington, D.C. He dominated among blacks and she held a slight edge among whites. Clinton also drew more support from rural residents

Edited on Mon Feb-11-08 10:28 PM by NJSecularist
This state won't even be close.

If these results are right, he'll win by 25 points, IMO.
