Forget this business of primaries vs. caucuses.
IMO, the real difference is the amount of time available to campaign once the voters are paying attention. In Iowa, Obama had time to win people over. In New Hampshire, almost, but not quite. Forget Florida and Michigan. A week later, on Super Tuesday, he won some states, made a good showing everywhere but New York and six months ago the pundits predicted that Hillary would have swept them all. We saw how he did this week-end. Given the lead time going into the remaining Primaries, I think he'll go into the convention with a clear plurality of pledged delegates.
