I'm writing in and voting for Dennis Kucinich in the Wisconsin primary next week
unless he is listed.

I don't think I can be convinced of changing that-but anyone that wants to make the attempt to convince me why I should vote for either Senator Clinton or Senator Obama please do so.

I'm not looking for any flaming or insults-maybe someone could convince me to change my plan.

Why should I vote for either Senator instead of DK?

1. Why not vote for yourself?
Now there is a President you would agree with 100%!

2. Vote for who you want to...
there is plenty of info available on the candidates and where they stand. Surely you can come to the conclusion of who is best without being told on here.

4. You don't have to vote for them. I respect you for standing your ground.
As a Kucinich-turned-Obama person, I understand your feelings. My choice was different, but yours is equally valid and shows a lot of guts.

9. I would have voted for John Edwards after DK suspended his campaign
a very reluctant vote-but I would have done that.

But not anymore.

5. You've probably heard this before...
...and it's so ridiculously simple, but here goes:

He isn't a valid choice.

It's as simple as that.

Like voting for Nader in 2000, nothing good will come from it.

No political statement, no stickin' it to The Man, no hope of Dennis winning as any sort of candidate.

He was my first choice too, if that makes any difference. That being said; happy voting. :patriot:

10. it won't count, but its YOUR vote
And you may want to check the write in law in your state, it may be that
your vote for Kucinich is completely ignored.

But I wouldn't ask you to hold your nose and vote for anyone.

I did that 4 years ago in the GE, based on the promise by the nominee would make sure
the votes were counted, and he didn't do it.

Kucinich is a nobel man, so do what you feel is right. He always has.

13. I very seriously doubt that people who live their lives consistently refusing...
...to compromise their principles, look back on their lives later with any regrets about it.

I salute you.

:hi:

14. Kucinich is a great Man
if he was still running I would have told you to go for it and vote for him, but since he is out of the race I really ask you to please go read where Obama and Clinton stand on issues and follow your heart

I do hope that you will vote for Obama, but its your vote, If I were to meet you in person i would have told you all about Obama but I will take me hours here to write all that, and I am bet sleepy right now LOL
so I do hope you go to barackobama.com and read where he stands on issues

15. Vote your conscience, it's the primary, and there's not much difference between them
other than personality and rhetoric they won't stand by anyway.

I'm voting for Edwards. Hell, I'll vote Gravel.

16. Vote caging, fraud, electronic vote anomalies, disfranchisement programs aside my primary vote
is going to Dennis Kucinich.

This is my final post in this Forum until February 20th, Wisconsin's primary is February 19th.

Btw, today let's recall the Happy Birthday of Abraham Lincoln.
