Bill by running him to the right (and in the process screwed us all over). I doubt he's going anywhere.

And he's not delivering the results. She has to be wondering what she's spending all that money for, especially since the campaign's finances have been shaky.

...and, there are likely some substantial reimbursements included. It's a big number, but without knowing how many people they had and what all the costs were that were being passed through, we can't know if it was out of bounds.

I think his money is well under 10% of what they've spent.
