CNN again hits Obama, doing what it can to tie him to Osama Bin Laden
Check out this short video on CNN.com.

It's only 2 & 1/2 minutes long.. make sure you watch what happens at 2:03

I'm sure that the producers of this clip find it in jest.. but seriously, the Obama / Osama thing is something this guy continues to fight every day.. he doesn't need thier "help".

2. Could CNN be MORE biased?
I don't think so.

It's a abomination to call them a News Network.

5. I agree. If I see one more post listing Clinton as a "victim" of the Media.. i may puke.
CNN obviously has a thing for Clinton, and they're in this to push her. Hell, they didn't even throw McCain anywhere near the bus... but Obama, he gets to go under it.

Pathetic, Really.

8. It is not hard for CNN to report HRC as being a victim of a biased
media. Since CNN is part of the whole. Every group that researches how the media reports on the candidates all agree the media's reporting of HRC has been about 68% negative, compared to the opposite for Obama.

I for one kept records of CNN's The Situation Room beginning October 30,2007 to see if it were true as to what I had been seeing prior. Well, I was proven right. From October 30th through December 31,2007 there were only 4 days that HRC received any positive reporting during the 3 hours of this program. Those 4 days were November 15, 16, 19 and December 17, 2007....

Do not be fooled by CNN's attempt to be more pro HRC. Just watch or listen and you too will come away happy if you are an obama supporter, and pissed if you support HRC...

32. its a win win for Obama, as he would have pursued Bin Laden, unlike Bush.
It just gives him the opportunity to point out that Bush failed to pursue Bin Laden.

20. Who's surprised?
Who?

Complaining about something is the same as being surprised? I don't think so. Hillary supporters complain about press coverage eight ways til Sunday. Does that mean they're surprised? Haven't Obama supporters been complaining about the Osama-Obama thing for a year now? How could you say they're surprised, then?

You have a little fantasy in your head. The problem is that it doesn't correspond to reality. You're also far too scared of the MSM. It's pathetic, really.

6. Why Do You Watch CNN?
You should ask yourself why you still watch CNN. Just because they brand themselves as the most trusted name in news, does not mean you should believe them.

39. Change the Channel...
What is it that you feel you would be missing if you stopped watching corporate media? When you cut out the scandal stories about who flashed their crotch or who's having gay sex in an airport bathroom, drop the wild animal run a muck stories, ignore the dramatization of natural disaster stories, and eliminate the bombardment of commercials, what are you really left with? When it comes down to it, networks like CNN offer a largely diluted view of national events and an almost nonexistent world view with subliminal messages thrown in to make you feel and act how they want you to. The media will only change when their rating change. If you keep eating their BS they will gladly keep shoveling it. Change the channel, it's easier then you think.

While Hillary seems to have no qualms about it.

The Media wasn't going to let Obama get this far.. but yet, here he is.

The point of this post is to just point out that Obama isn't the media darling that everyone has said he is...

25. Nope.. not nearly the same..
a clip of Monica, which her husband rightfully invited into this Mess back into the 90's is not RIGHT, but it's not the same as comparing Obama to a terrorist he has NOTHING to do with, but happens to have a similar sounding name.

17. CNN is the Clinton News Network.

For example, after the one debate where Clinton and Edwards attacked Obama they showed those attacks for 2 days w.out showing Obama's response. For their health care crisis program they showed Clinton at the end slamming Obama on his health care proposal.

When they all came out with their Hillary Clinton boners around 10pm talking about how well she was doing in Missouri, a state she actually LOST to Obama. John King can't wait to punch up his touch screen and start talking about "lunch pail democrats" and how they love Mrs. Clinton.

What exactly is a lunch pail democrat?

28. Couldn't get the CNN video to play, but if it's a slip of the tongue like Ted's
you'll see lots of people having them - once the Mighty Wurlitzer turns on him - should he be the nominee. Even some of you. As I remember I was mixing Saddam/Osama in tongue slips at the height of the confabulation on war.

44. No, it's an edited VIDEO clip of Obama pointing at Osama
It's not a slip of the tongue. The story is a fluff piece on why candidates point into the audience. It's Obama pointing out to the audience and the edit showing who he is pointing to, in this case, Osama Bin Laden.

They showed the other candidates as well.

Hillary pointed to an edit of Monica
Obama to an edit of Osama
McLame to Ann Coulter

Lame.

CNN reporters shouldn't try their hand at comedy. Jeanne Moos just looks like a media whore when she does these types of stories.

Watch the all video. It was a parody. Hillary, MCcain and Obama.

I don´t have doubt, that the most of the "trolls" and "cultists" for Obama are very young people with no experience of life. I just hope that the majority of Obama supporters aren´t like a lot of his supporters here in the DU.

29. I hope that the Obama campaign protests this vigorously.
It's essential that Democrats start fighting back against the media's persistent, constant bias against Democrats.

I said so about Shuster, and I'm saying so about this incident. It's part of the same pervasive pattern of media bias.

34. exactly why Obama will lose in november
if we nominate him. the average american is done in by NLP-neurolinguisitc programming. the right wing will mention Osama near the word Obama as many times to NLP the average dope. The politics of this country are never changing. they will always be slash and burn, and Obama doesn't get it. Its already bad enough his middle name is Hussein, which he should have changed but didn't. This is also ann example of how the media is already starting to turn on him.

43. Are you kidding?
If he CHANGED his middle name, that would have been a bigger story then him keeping his middle name as it is. "Barack John Obama's middle name USED to be Huessien. Why did he change it - to distance himself from the radical muslims he secretly works with?" Blahh Blahh Blahh...

Changing his name wouldn't make things better. And allowing the corporate media to do this kind of crap to ANY of the candidates is pathetic. Obama, Clinton & anyone else. Let them rise or fall based on merrit - not on rhetoric.
