She said she was in Texas 35 years ago working for the Democratic National Committee registering voters. Anybody that knows the history of Bill and Hillary know they went to Texas initially to register voters and then run George McGovern's presidential campaign in Texas.
The use of "Democratic National Committee" instead of "George McGovern" is so typical of the calculating parsing of words with her. Shame! George McGovern was nobody to be ashamed of!!

47. She's following the typical Hillary speech formula. |
|
1. Mention a topic 2. Say two sentences about the topic at a normal volume 3. Yell the next two sentences 4. Wait for applause 5. Repeat steps 1-4
It's the same EVERY speech.

Maybe she should just drop out and go hug Obama, if she did not speak tonight most of you would of said something negative, she is speaking and it still is negative, I would of thought some of you would of been partying in the street rather than watching Hillary on Tv, guess even with all the Obama success some of you are still worried of what tomorrow will bring, be very careful of what you wish for because in the end you will have to live with the results if it does not come out as some of expect it.

I think it's the "I should be planning my first hundred days in office and instead I'm yelling through a microphone in a gym in El Paso pretending like I'm happy to be in El Paso and wearing a stupid pin and talking in front of a crowd of 500 people who are looking at me like they've never seen a politician before and I have to spend the next three goddamn weeks in Texas where you can't even get a decent chardonnay" look.
She looks like she's really hanging on....
And meanwhile Barack is speaking to 17,000 people in a STADIUM in Wisconsin. :D

victories without the constant attacks on his opponent?
He just finished saying that this great change has to begin with all of us ... that we ARE our brother's keeper. I don't see his supporters here living up to his words, and professed ideals. I don't see his supporters here rising above the hatred and division that he insists is so necessary. What I see are cheerleaders, serial bashers and some who simply enjoy being cruel.

I don't like her and I would never vote for her (did not feel that way before but changed mainly because of the way they attacked Obama with lies) BUT I have to give her props for going in there and at least pretending to be into it for her supporters. I would have been at home in a dark room sulking. She does hold her head up and keep going.
