KiKi McLean is a Great New Spokesperson for Hillary! Kudo's to Her...BUT... |
|
When Matthews asked her over and over about Hillary's Tax Returns...she kept Deflecting It!
Is Tucker just doing a RW'inger thing...claiming Hillary hasn't released her Federal Tax Results...while Obama Has...or was Kiki just doing a great (Carville/Begalla like) Spin that Hillary doesn't need to report this...it's "all in her record?"
I hope that KiKi is the New FACE of Hillary...since she had to let go some of her "handlers" but what was worrying was that at the end of the interview...Matthews asked KiKi if Hillary would ever get to releasing her "Fedral Tax Forms" and Kiki said..."Chris we will work on this."
Hillary needs to RELEASE THESE FORMS IMMEDIATELY....otherwise she loses CREDIBILITY. If Obama has released his Fed Filings then Hillary can't hide behind what EVERY AMERICAN has to disclose this time of year so that the Feds can comb through our own Statements for April 15 Filings.
KiKi is REFRESHING! Glad to see her out there speaking for Hillary...but Hillary needs to release EXACTLY what OBAMA HAS...to be take seriously that she's disclosing what those who hope to vote for her in the coming Primaries ..want to see.
Come on Hillary! Don't be George Bush who thinks he's ABOVE THE LAW! Release it! And, get some NEW ENERGY like Kiki IN YOUR CAMPAIGN! She's GOOD!

2. The tax return issue is a deal killer and she's lucky Obama isnt' working it against her. |
|
Hillary should release her returns. I'm sure there is nothing wrong, but it is just not acceptable for any candidate seeking the highest office to entertain this nonsense.
It's one of the biggest areas of fault that I point to about Ralph Nader. He won't release his either and I always bring that up with his "supporters" who still want him to run.

4. I want this "race" to go to Convention.... I don't have a candidate in this two person race |
|
I'm trying to sort it out. I thought KiKi was GOOD...if Hillary can go Populist...then I'd like to see how she does it. I understand that Obama is going "Populist" in his latest speeches.
Let's see what comes out of this. Caveat...I can't vote until May 6th...so I have an interest in "letting the best person for my ideals WIN..."
I'm still not partisan...except on MY ISSUES.. What a Bitch I AM ...about MY ISSUES.... :D

5. KiKi did leave that "standing." She left impression she'd get back to Hillary |
|
on this because she obviously was "sent out there and 'put on the line" to answer it."
I don't know either what Hillary is doing ...but if she thinks the Dem Activists (she's already trashed) and the other voters (that Margaret Carlson says are "worried about broken hips" are going to vote for her...she better get off her BUSH HIGH HORSE and RELEASE IT!
She's on the EDGE...she can't pretend she's in the WH defending her Hubbie from the RW Religious and Think Tanks who did them in. Hillary needs to shift her campaign to TOMORROW! ...and not "YESTERDAY!"
It's all moving beyond her!
WAKE UP HILLARY! GET RID OF YOUR "FAB FIVE" enablers!

I read that Barack had released his and Michelle's tax returns listing their income, but Michelle's Seat on the Board of that company which does most of it's business with Wal-Mart -- and which she left only recently -- wasn't listed. That was like $50,000 a year or something.
Am I correct and they didn't list it or did I misunderstand and it was listed?

11. As an accountant, I assure you that a tax return reporting income doesn't have to be accompanied by |
|
a dossier on your job as a director of a company that sold to Walmart, as well as most major grocery outlets. :eyes:
A W-2 is all that is required.

15. I'm sorry. Perhaps I wasn't clear? |
|
A tax return does need to show the source of income earned, yes? That was the question I was meaning to ask. Was the source of that $50,000 she earned on the Board listed as a source of income? I ask because I heard it wasn't and I'm hoping someone can either substantiate it or correct me.

9. Seems like if Matthews were a decent interviewer, |
|
instead of hectoring her over and over about why HRC hasn't released her tax returns, he should have gone to whatever it is he suspects, such as "Do her tax returns show any financial connections to Beelzebub? Yosemite Sam? The President of Kazakstan? Nixon?" Or whatever connection he was after.
He might have actually gotten an answer instead of more argument.

12. Seems "The Clintons" miscalculated...badly. Can they pull it out? |
|
As I've said...I cant vote until May...so I'm still in the "Undecided Camp" but she's got a "little time" to pull this fiasco out.
I hope if she's who she says she is...she get's out of the 90's and WITH THE NEW CENTURY...or she's FINISHED.

16. She was on after Iowa for sure |
|
I wish I could remember the exact time frame, but that ability disappeared with my estrogen. But yeah, she was on for a fairly consistent stretch there and was one of the greatest straight-faced liars I've ever seen. She looks so sweet, you'd hardly believe she has the ability to lie, but wooboy she does.
What the hell is this with people going on "vacation" when obvious disruptors never even seem to go in the back yard.

She's an absolutely credible "convincing liar" but I was glad to see Hillary use her after the other ineffectual stuffed shirt 20th Century..Nafta Shills she's used in the past.
I thought KiKi was an "Improvement" on those.
But...as I said...I don't have a dog in this race since MY VOTE won't be counted until May. So, I'm just observing. What else is left to us who won't have a VOTE? Just like last time. We observe and comment.............
