GodTube: Obama, Clinton supported by more Christians than McCain
Edited on Wed Feb-13-08 09:34 PM by crispini
Dallas Web site GodTube.com released results of its most recent presidential poll Wednesday, showing long-shot Republican candidate and former Baptist minister Mike Huckabee leading in the religious vote, with leading Democratic contender Barack Obama pulling a close second among Americans of Christian faith.

Republican front-runner John McCain has a mere 9.1 percent support among Christians, according to the Web site, which has garnered more than 3 million unique visitors a month. By contrast, Obama's Christian support has surged to 26.3 percent, up 8 percent over the week of Feb. 4-8. Hillary Clinton's Christian support, at 19.6 percent, remains unchanged over the same period.

"Our poll clearly indicates a dramatic change in the pulse of the Christian voter this election," said GodTube.com CEO Chris Wyatt.
