Hillary goes on the attack with a vengance
Looks like the gloves are off and the blood vessles are ready to pop.

http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/02/14/clinton.obama/index.html

"My opponent says that he'll take on the special interests," she said. "Well, he told people he stood up to the nuclear industry and passed a bill against them. But he actually let the nuclear industry water down his bill -- the bill never actually passed."

We should also probably point this out:
http://blog.jonolan.net/politics/2008-election/hillarys-latest-earmarks

Presidential hopeful Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.) has secured more earmarks in the fiscal 2008 defense authorization bill than any other Democrat except for Chairman of the Armed Services Committee Sen. Carl Levin (D-Mich.). The fiscal year (FY) Defense Authorization Bill has $5.4 billion in earmarks, 26 of which were requested by Clinton, and which add up to a total of $148.4 million in federal spending. Clinton had previously secured 360 earmarks worth a combined $2.2 billion from 2002 to 2006 in all spending and authorization bills.

1. St. Obama has attacked Hillary and Edwards' records for a year
It is about time his real record is being put on the table for folks to consider.

4. Agreed
It's just awfully hypocritical. Sort of like me pointing at you with a smoke in my hand telling you never to do it.

6. Either Dem can beat up on mini me.
I just want the one in the White House who is going to definitely support the issues that are important to me. Hill is my gal.

I'm glad she is fighting back.

7. She's trying, but she's lost. Say buh bye to Hillary.
She's done and doesn't know it yet, like Patrick Swayze in Ghost.

You aren't changing my mind whatsoever but keeping these positive HRC threads at the top of GDP might just change someone elses.

Buh bye!

13. We have officially entered Stage V
Stage I When you do not have the best position on the war - prevaricate

Stage II When you do not have the clear voice of leadership - triangulate

Stage III When you do not have the momentum - trivialize the election just lost

Stage IV When you do not have anywhere to go - instigate a smear on the supporters as unthinking cultists

Stage V When the supporters embrace the slur and turn it around - start backing up the dump truck and release a load
against the leader who has sparked a fire across the country.

Stage VI When this desperate tactic is reviled - step aside as the great locomotive of history barrels by you and you turn to watch history pass you by.

19. I hear nothing new.
Is she giving a knockout or at least a knock down punches? No she isn't. And she already tried this coming out of a debate where she accused Obama of drawing first blood with mudslinging. In the midst of all those attacks was the kindergarten attack if you remember. Guess what? It didn't work and they knew it.

That makes me wonder more about delegates and MI and FL. And yesterday on CNN someone mentioned going to court over MI or FL. So I'm more concerned about Clinton getting cozy with Bush and just TX.

what a horrible sentence

"My opponent says that he'll take on the special interests," she said. "Well, he told people he stood up to the nuclear industry and passed a bill against them. But he actually let the nuclear industry water down his bill -- the bill never actually passed."

This is suppose to enlighten people?
