McCain's Top Advisor Will Quit Before Campaigning Against Obama

ABC News: One of John McCain’s top advisors announced on Wednesday that he would no longer work for him should Obama win the Democratic nomination. "I would simply be uncomfortable being in a campaign that would be inevitably attacking Barack Obama," said McCain adviser Mark McKinnon. "I think it would be uncomfortable for me, and I think it would be bad for the McCain campaign."

McKinnon, a Democrat until he worked on Bush’s ad campaign, stated that he would be behind McCain 100% throughout the election, but would be supporting “from the sidelines” if the Democrats nominate Obama.

McKinnon, though he doesn’t agree with many of Obama’s issues, still has the utmost respect for him. “I met Barack Obama, I read his book, I like him a great deal," said McKinnon. "I disagree with him on very fundamental issues. But I think, as I said, I think it would a great race for the country."

1. Good grief.. I'm speechless ! This is now being reported on KO. Evidently
McKinnon is ex-Dem with a "man crush" on GWB, who is now disillusioned and may be returning to the fold. Figures, it takes Obama to be a Uniter and bring the strays back home !! GoBama !

4. BO is going to wipe the floor with McCain.
No wonder they are running from the potential match up!

Actually, HRC will also wipe out McCain but I'm addressing the OP.
