Should Hillary and Barack be forced to team up... |
|
Edited on Fri Feb-15-08 04:18 PM by IndieLeft
No, not as a ticket. But should they be forced to use some of their cash for anti-McCain ads?
I mean, this is going to go on for a while. We may not have a candidate for months... giving the rethugs all the time in the world to launch attack after attack on both Clinton & Obama.
So, should they have to team up to at least fend him off? Or, I guess I should just say... Should they each pitch in for ads against him?

1. Of course not. McCain may not be their nominee either. |

12. Do the math. Huckabee may get enough delegates to block an outright win for McCain |
|
which means they would probably pick a compromise candidate.

i think CNN did a projection last weekend that said that if Huckabee won every state he still wouldn't beat McCain and that's if every state didn't have proportional representation.

14. He doesn't have to beat McCain in order to create a deadlock. |

4. They shouldn't limit or define the message of the nominee. That's up to the nominee |
|
to define the opponent as they need to.
I think this will all be over mathimatically after the 4th of March. Either Hill will part the Red Sea and turn back the tide, or she won't.
If she doesn't, she will give up because she will have to. If she parts the Red Sea, then it will go on. I'm betting she won't. I'm betting America wants something different for a change.

6. Sadly I don't know how you would work this |
|
Simply because Obama is massively out earning Clinton... so 5 million to his campaign means ALOT less than 5 million to HRC's.
But I have hopes that it will be over soon... if she loses TX we can finally move on with the asskicking of McDeath and co.
