In my struggle to find a candidate to support, I've decided it would be foolish not to listen to the smart, informed, thoughtful advice of my fellow DUers. If a significant population of DUers hates someone, then they simply CANNOT be a good choice for president. Therefore, I've carefully reviewed the threads here and concluded that I must support Mike Huckabee, since he is the only one not routinely excoriated here.

It's been a tough decision that has taken much patience and research. I couldn't have done it without you. THANKS!!

10. Actually, I think Huckabee would be a great VP candidate with McCain.

Imagine the pain of ridicule heaped upon that ticket with Huckabee on it. Oh the joy of seeing that happen!

I want to be able to smile in the face of my Repuke BIL (who considers himself such a Libertarian but really is a Republican)and tell him that I hope he enjoys having the Rev. Huckabee on his party's ticket!!!!
